Sabic celebrated three decades of successful operations in India

Sabic, a global leader in the chemical industry, celebrated its 30th anniversary of successful operations in India during the recent visit of Sabic’s executive committee members to the country.
Sabic in India has a long-established presence of strategic businesses like Polymers, Chemicals, Agri-nutrients and Specialties – complimented by a comprehensive footprint spanning across a manufacturing site in Vadodara in Gujarat, a Research & Technology Center in Bengaluru, Karnataka and the Corporate & Business Office in Delhi Capital region.
This comprehensive presence over the last three decades has been marked by business excellence and strong customer relations, the company said.
During the visit to India, Abdulrahman Al-Fageeh, Sabic CEO, participated in the celebration and engaged employees from across Sabic sites in India.
“India is the closest largest market to Saudi Arabia and remains a strategic market with immense opportunities and growth potential. Sabic remains committed to drive market relevant solutions and to meet the expectations of our stakeholders in India,” Al-Fageeh emphasised.
During the celebrations, he was joined by the regional leadership and employees associated for three decades with Sabic, at the technology center in Bengaluru – one of the 20 technology centers globally.
